The present study introduces the feasibility of a different new direction to determining the microleakage volume associated with dental restorations and the relative marginal adaptation deficiency of teeth in in vitro conditions. Our method utilizes the molecular adsorption characteristics of Methylene Blue. It was concluded that investigations showed the microleakage volume measurement method looking as a valuable new technique for the in vitro study of microleakage dynamics around dental restorations.en_US
