| dc.description.abstract | Üreterin obstürüksiyonuna sekonder hidronefrozun birçok nedeni bulunmakla birlikte aortofemoral greft oklüzyonuna sekonder hidroüreteronefroz sıralamanın oldukça sonlarındadır. İlk 1960'lı yıllarda rapor edilen greft kompresyonuna sekonder hidroüreteronefroz son yıllarda nadiren rapor edilmektedir. Bu yazıda aortofemoral bypass cerrahisi geçirmiş, intermittant klaudikasyo ile kliniğe başvuran, 62 yaşındaki erkek hastada, insidental saptanan hidroüreteronefroz literatür eşliğinde sunulmuştur | |

Graft occluded hydronephrosis is firstly described in the 1960s, but it has been reported rarely in recent years.
