Özet
Bebek vokalizasyonlarının ilk aylardaki yapı taşları ünlü seslerdir. Bu ses blokları 6. ay civarlarında olgunlaşarak bir ünsüz ve ünlüden oluşan (C1V1C1V1) ses zincirlerine dönüşmektedir. Yaklaşık 12.ayda ise, ilk sözcükle eşzamanlı olarak farklı ünsüzler aynı ses dizisinde (C1V1C2V2) birlikte yer almaktadır. Bu evre literatürde çeşitlenmiş, çok tipli babıldama (İng.Jargon babbling, fr. babillage varié-) şeklinde adlandırılmaktadır. Çok tipli babıldama evresinde çıkarılan ses zincirleri değerlendirildiğinde, bunların özellik ve işlev açısından kendi aralarında farklılaştıkları, tek tip homojen bir yapının söz konusu olmadığı dikkat çekmektedir. Bebek bağlama göre (tek başına iken, televizyon izlerken ya da bir kitabın sayfalarını çevirirken) farklı vokalizasyonlar çıkarabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada dil öncesi dönemde, özellikle çeşitlenmiş babıldama evresinde bir “okuma taklidinin” söz konusu olduğu vurgulanmış ve bu özel “okuma vokalizasyonu”’nun özellikleri araştırılarak, yapı ve işlev açısından diğer rutin babıldama türlerinden farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığı sorgulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda hece türü oranları ve ses özellikleri (tonlama, ezgi) açısından “okuma taklidinin” diğer rutin babıldamadan farklı özellikler taşıdığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
The vowels are the basic sounds of baby vocalizations in first months. In six month, these blocs of sound transformed as string composed with a consonant and vowel like C1V1C1V1C1V1. Approximately, in 12.months with early words different consonants are in the same string of sounds. This stage is known in literature as jargon babbling or variated babbling. In regard of the stage of variated babbling, strings of sounds are not monotype; these sounds have different functions and styles according the context. In this study, it was emphasized that in the first years of life before words and with first words there is an imitation of reading. It has been studied the main characteristics of this special kind of imitation and it has been questioned if the characteristics of this babbling differs from ludic babbling. It has been concluded that the syllables of reading imitation varies from normal babbling syllables.
