Because it has not been clearly established yet in which cases/conditions the suffixes [-A/-O/-y] in Kyrgyz language, translated into Turkish either as Certain Future Tense or as Present Tense, mean either future or present tense or aorist, it is thought that that establishing the conditions of the usage of the given suffixes would be beneficial for the researchers of Turcology who are particularly concerned with the questions related to Kyrgyz language. In this work, we tried to determine how some characteristics of the actional content of the verbs in Kyrgyz language, adverbs of time and certain features of objects in the context of a sentence can affect the changes of aspect of the suffixes [-A/-O/-y] which we call as Aorist Tense suffix and the suffixes [-GAn], [-D] ve [-pt.r] of Past tense.en_US
