| dc.description.abstract | Dicle Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Çocuk Sağlığı ve Hastalıkları Anabilim Dalı Hematoloji -Onkoloji bölümünde 1991-1998 yılları arasında izlenen 104 Akut immün trombositopenik purpuralı (48'i kız, 56'sı erkek) olgumuzun tedavi sonuçları retrospektif olarak değerlendirildi. Olguların yaşları 2 ay-14 yaş (ort 4.8±0.5 yıl) idi. Bir olgu hastanemize başvurduğu gün intrakranial kanama nedeni ile eks oldu. 41 hastada (%39) spontan remisyon görüldü. Olgularımızın 29'una (%28) 0.5-1 gr/kg/gün dozda intravenöz immünglobulin, 21'ine (%20) standart doz oral prednizolon, 12(%11) olgumuza ise yüksek doz metil prednizolon tedavisi uygulandı. İntravenöz immünglobulin alan 29 hastanın 25'inde (%86) ilk yanıt elde edilirken , 6. aydaki remisyon oranı 24 hasta (%83) olarak saptandı. Standart doz oral steroid ile tedavi edilen hastalarda ilk yanıt 16 hastada sağlanırken (%76), 6. aydaki remisyon oranı 14 (%66) hasta olarak bulundu, intravenöz yüksek doz metil prednizolon alan olgularımızda ilk yanıt 11 hastada sağlanırken (%91) 6.aydaki remisyon oranı 11 hastada, (%91) olarak saptandı. 13 olgu kronikleşti. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | One hundred and four children (48 female£6 male) followed-up with acute Immun thrombocytopenic purpura in hematology-oncology ward of departmanı of pediatric in Dicle University medical school during 1991-1998 were evaluated retrospectively . Age of the cases ranged between 2 months and 14 years (mean:4.8±0.5 years). One of the cases was exitusfrom intracranial bleeding at time of hospitalization. Forty-one (39%) of the patients had spontaneous remission. Intravenous immunoglobulin at 0.5-lgr/kg/day doses was administrated in 29 (28%) cases oral prednisolon at standard doses in 21 (20%) and high dose methyl prednisolon in 12(11%) cases. Twenty-five (86%) of the 29 patients who had intravenous immunoglobulin therapy responded well and 24 the patients (83%) were at remission during 6 months after therapy. In the standard dose oral steroid given group 16 (76%) of the patients responded well first and 14 (66%) patients were at remission at the sixth months. Eleven (91 %) of the patients who had intravenous high dose methyl prednisolon gave a good first response, and all of these cases were at remission in 6 months of follow-up. A total of 13 cases were accepted as having chronic immun trombocytopenic purpura. | en_US |
