dc.description.abstractÜreterin obstürüksiyonuna sekonder hidronefrozun birçok nedeni bulunmakla birlikte aortofemoral greftoklüzyonuna sekonder hidroüreteronefroz sıralamanın oldukça sonlarındadır. İlk 1960'lı yıllarda raporedilen greft kompresyonuna sekonder hidroüreteronefroz son yıllarda nadiren rapor edilmektedir. Buyazıda aortofemoral bypass cerrahisi geçirmiş, intermittant klaudikasyo ile kliniğe başvuran, 62yaşındaki erkek hastada, insidental saptanan hidroüreteronefroz literatür eşliğinde sunulmuştur.en_US
