dc.description.abstractHastanelerin en yoğun birimlerinden olan acil servislerin yapısal özellikleri hasta ve çalışan konforunu doğrudan etkilemektedir. Birimlerin gerçek kullanıcılarının tasarım aşamalarında yeterince yer almaması ve çevresel koşulların yeterince göz önünde bulundurulmaması kullanım aşamalarında konforsuz ve sürdürülebilirliği olmayan mekanların ortaya çıkmasına sebep olabilmektedir. Bundan dolayı gelecek dönemlerde tasarlanacak hastane birimleri için mekan tasarımlarının hasta ve personel konforunu nasıl etkilediği ve gerekliliklerin neler olduğunu tespit etmek önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada Dicle Üniversitesi acil ve travmatoloji hastanesi acil servis biriminin kullanım sürecinde değerlendirmesi yapılarak hasta ve personel konforuna etkisinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma; alan araştırmaları, proje okumaları ve anket araştırma tekniklerine dayandırılarak yapılmıştır. Acil servis birimi, “eylem alanlarının kullanılabilirliği”, “mekansal erişim ve uygunluk”, “mekansal esneklik” ve “çevresel ulaşılabilirlik ve kullanım” kriterleri açısından analiz edilmiş değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda; yapıya erişim, dış mekân donatıları, mekansal esneklik ve mekan boyutları gibi birçok açıdan problemler tespit edilmiş olup, ıslak hacim sayısı ve iç mekan donatıları açısından ise yeterlilik olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca acil servis biriminin Dicle Üniversitesi hastanesini diğer birimleriyle yakın bir noktada konumlanmış olması da olumlu bir yön olarak değerlendirilebilir. Bu çalışmanın gelecek dönemlerde başta acil servis birimi olmak üzere hastanelerin diğer birimlerinin tasarlanma sürecinde dikkat edilmesi gereken kriterler açısından rehber olabileceği düşünülmektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractStructural features of emergency services, which are among the busiest units of hospitals, directly affect patient and employee comfort. The fact that the real users of the units are not sufficiently involved in the design stages and that the environmental conditions are not taken into account sufficiently may cause the emergence of uncomfortable and unsustainable spaces during the usage stages. Therefore, it is important to determine how space designs affect patient and staff comfort and what the requirements are for hospital units to be designed in the future. In this study, it was aimed to investigate the effect of Dicle University emergency and traumatology hospital emergency service unit on patient and staff comfort by evaluating the use process. Study; field studies, project readings and survey research techniques. The emergency service unit was analyzed and evaluated in terms of "availability of action areas", "spatial access and suitability", "spatial flexibility" and "environmental accessibility and use" criteria. In the results of working; Problems have been identified in many aspects such as access to the building, outdoor equipment, spatial flexibility and space dimensions, and it has been determined that there is adequacy in terms of wet volume number and indoor equipment. In addition, the fact that the emergency department is located close to the other units of the Dicle University hospital can also be considered as a positive aspect. It is thought that this study can be a guide in terms of the criteria to be considered in the design process of other units of hospitals, especially the emergency service unit, in the future.en_US
