dc.description.abstractSigortalı tarafından üçüncü kişilere verilebilecek zararlar sebebiyle ödenmek zorunda kalınacak tazminat, yargılama gideri gibi hususlar münasebetiyle, sigortalının malvarlığının pasif kısmında ortaya çıkabilecek artış riskine karşı yapılan sigortalara sorumluluk sigortası denilmektedir. Zarar sigortalarının bir alt türü olan sorumluluk sigortalarının, doktor, mali müşavir, avukat, noter gibi, mesleki sorumluluk sigortalarında olduğu gibi, birçok çeşidi bulunmaktadır. Sorumluluk sigortaları, kural olarak, zarar sigortalarının tabi olduğu kurallara tabi olduğu kabul edilir. Sorumluluğu doğuran olayın vuku bulduğu ana veya tazminat talebinin yapıldığı ana göre sorumluluk sigortalarında teminat iki şekilde olabilmektedir. Şayet teminatın varlığı, sigorta olayının sözleşme süresi içinde vuku bulmuş olması şartına bağlanmışsa olay esaslı teminattan bahsedilecektir. Söz konusu olay esaslı teminatta, sözleşme süresi içinde veya sonrasında tazminat talebi yapılabilmektedir. Teminatın varlığı, tazminat talebinin sigorta süresi içinde yapılmış olması koşuluna bağlanması durumunda ise talep esaslı teminattan söz edilebilecektir. Sözleşme yapılmadan evvel veya sözleşme yürürlükteyken sigorta olayı gerçekleşmiş olabilmekte ve burada bahsedilen sigorta olayının da hasar olduğu kabul edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractLiability insurance is the insurance provided against the risk of increase in the passive part of the insured's assets due to issues such as compensation that will have to be paid due to damages that may be caused to third parties by the insured and litigation expenses. Liability insurance, which is a subtype of damage insurance, has many types, such as doctor, financial advisor, lawyer, notary, as well as professional liability insurance. Liability insurances are, as a rule, considered to be subject to the same rules as damage insurances. Coverage in liability insurance can be in two ways, depending on the moment when the event giving rise to liability occurs or the moment when a claim for compensation is made. If the existence of coverage is conditioned on the insurance event occurring within the contract period, event-based coverage will be mentioned. In this event-based coverage, compensation claims can be made during or after the contract period. If the existence of coverage is conditioned on the claim being made within the insurance period, demandbased coverage can be mentioned. The insurance event may have occurred before the contract was made or while the contract was in force, and the insurance event mentioned here is accepted as damage.en_US
