| dc.description.abstract | Tüberküloz meninjitli beş, bakteriyel meninjitli 14, viral meninjitli altı ve febril konvülziyonlu dokuz hastada beyin omurilik sıvısı (BOS)'nda adenozin deaminaz (ADA) enzim aktivitesi ölçüldü. Tüberküloz meninjitli hastaların BOS ADA aktiviteleri öteki gruplara göre anlamlı derecede yüksek bulundu (p < 0.01). 11.0 U/litre'lik bir cut-off değeri kullanıldığında testin tüberküloz meninjitin tanısında duyarlılığı % 100, özgüllüğü ise % 96 olarak saptandı. | en_US |
