Özet
Ülkelerin kalkınmasında eğitim oldukça önemli bir konudur. Bir ülkede politika, ekonomi ve toplum açısından gelişmeler bekleniyorsa önce eğitimi ele almak gereklidir. Okul öncesi eğitim ise eğitimin en önemli dönemlerinden biridir. Okul öncesi eğitimin amacı çocuğun gelişim özeliklerine uygun olmalıdır. Bunun yanında uygun bir eğitim sistemi ve bu eğitim sistemine uygun sağlıklı bir çevre ile çocuğun gelişimi sağlamalıdır. Eğitimde, sistemle birlikte çevre şartlarının da önemi ve katkısı büyüktür. Çocuklara hizmet amacı ile yaratılacak çevre, onların her yöndeki gelişmesine uygun olmalıdır. Araştırma kapsamında okulöncesi eğitim yapılarındaki kullanıcı gereksinimleri, eğitim yapılarındaki uygun çevre şartları ve genel özellikleri ile incelenmiş, bu kapsamda Diyarbakır Huzurevleri Anaokulu’nun kullanıcı gereksinimleri açısından uygunluğu araştırılmıştır. Sonuç olarak okul öncesi eğitim yapılarında, çocukların fiziksel özelliklerine uygun çevre şartları yaratılması için veriler elde edilmiş ve Huzurevleri Anaokulu için önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
The education issue is very important in the development of the countries. If there is a wish in the development of the policy, economy, and social progresses, it is an obligation to hold on the education first. The pre-school education is the important period of the education. The aim of the pre-school education must be suitable with the development characterization of the children. Nearby, the development must be provided with a suitable education system and a healthy education environment. In the education, the environmental factors are also so important. For this reason, the duty of the architect is to design a suitable environment. The environment going to be designed must be suitable fort he the development of the children. In this paper; the user requirements in the education structures, the environmental factors and the character of the environment and related to this and the conditions of Diyarbakır Huzurevleri pre-school requirements have researched. As a result, the data has been researched convenient with the characterization of the children in the pre school education and proposals made for the pre school of Huzurevleri
