Özet
Bu çalışmada CBS ortamında ve iklim verileriyle desteklenmiş bir
trafik kaza analizinin nasıl yapılabileceği, Elazığ kenti 2000 yılına
ait trafik kaza analizleriyle ele alınmıştır. Trafik kaza kayıtlarına
göre Elazığ şehrindeki trafik kazalarının dağılış haritaları
yapılmıştır. Kazalar çeşitli değişkenlerden sadece iklime göre
incelenmiş ve trafik kazalarının dağılışı, şehrin arazi kullanımı ve
yollarla ilişkilendirilmiştir. Üretilen tematik harita analizleri
sonucunda kazalarla iklim elemanları arasında doğrudan ve dolaylı
ilişkiler ortaya çıkarılmıştır.
In this study it was given an example of how an accident analysis, which was supported with geographic information system, can be done. Especially Eazığ city has been dealed with the accidents analysis’s belonging to 2000 years. The accident distribution maps were prepared according to the accident registration in Elazığ. The accidents were searched just according to climate apart from variable thing and these variable things were associated with the accident distribution, the using of the land of city and way route. It was come out direct and indirect relation between the accidents and climate elementary as a result of map analysis’s which were prepared.
