Özet
Buhârî'nin eseri Kur'an-ı Kerim'den sonra en çok teveccüh edilen eser olarak kabul edildiğinden dolayı ona yapılan eleştiriler büyük ses getirmiştir. Cemâl el-Benna da "Tecridü'l-Buhârî ve Müslim mine'l-ehâdisi'l-lleti lâ tülzim" adlı eserinde on dört başlık altında altı yüz küsur hadisi ele alarak bunların bağlayıcı olmadığını ifade etmiştir. Aslında Cemâl el-Benna'nın hadis anlayışına göre hadisler Hz. Peygamber'den çok sonraları yazılmış olduğundan içinde uydurma ve yalan dolu pek rivayetler bulunmaktadır. Bundan dolayı tamamına şüphe ile yaklaşmaktadır. Onun hayatı, görüşleri ve hadis anlayışı çok önemli olduğu için üzerinde özenle durduk. Onun eserinde geçen hadisleri metin tekidine (bir çalışmaya sığmayacağından sened tenkidi yapılmamıştır) tabi tuttuk ve karşımıza bazı yerlerde Cemâl elBenna'nın günümüzdeki gelişmelerden dolayı hadislere farklı baktığını, kendi örf ve ona yüklenen ilkeler üzerinden bu hadisleri eleştirdiğini, bazı yerlerde hadis metninin sebep-sonuç ve onu vuzuha kavuşturacak nedenlerden hali olmasının onu böyle düşünmeye sevk ettiğini görmekteyiz. Hadislerin sağlıklı bir şekilde anlaşılması için bütün tarikleri bir araya getirilmeli, şerhine bakılmalı ve söylendiği zamanın şartları göz önünde tutularak anlaşılmaya çalışılmalıdır. Uydurma deyip kabul etmemek sağlıklı bir yöntem değildir.
Since al-Bukh?r?'s work is considered to be the most respected work after the Holy Qur'an, his criticisms have been very loud. Jam?l al-Banna, in his work "Tajr?d al-Bukh?r? and Muslim mine al-ah?d? al-leti l? tulzim", discussed six hundred-odd hadiths under fourteen headings and stated that they were not binding. In fact, according to Jamal al-Banna's understanding of hadith, since hadiths were written long after the Prophet, there are many narrations that are full of fabrications and lies. Therefore, he approaches all of them with suspicion. Since his life, views, and understanding of hadith are very important, we have paid special attention to them. We have subjected the hadiths in his work to textual criticism (sened criticism was not carried out because it would not fit in one study), and we see that in some places Jamal al-Banna looks at the hadiths differently due to the developments in the present day, criticizes these hadiths based on his own customs and the principles imposed on him, and in some places we see that the text of the hadith is devoid of cause and effect and the reasons that would clarify it, which led him to think this way. In order to understand the hadiths in a healthy way, all of their narrations should be brought together, their commentaries should be examined, and they should be understood by taking into account the conditions of the time in which they were said. It is not a healthy method to call it fabricated and not accept it.
