| dc.description.abstract | "Refah Partisinin Kapatılması" isimli tezimi dört konu başlığı altında toplamış bulunmaktayım. Birinci konu başlığı altında, Refah Partisinin Anayasa Mahkemesince "laikliğe ayları faaliyetlerin odağı " olduğu belirtilerek kapatılması nedeniyle, laiklik ve laikliğin Türkiye'deki gelişimini ele alarak incelemeye çalıştım. İkinci bölümde, Siyasi Parti Kapatma Rejimi başlığı alfanda, siyasi partinin tanımı ve unsurlarım anlattıktan sonra Türk Hukuku'ndaki parti kapatma nedenlerini anlatmaya çalıştım. Üçüncü bölümde, Refah Partisi'nin Anayasa Mahkemesince kapatılma prosedürü ile kapatılma gerekçeleri üzerinde durdum. Sonuç bölümünde ise laikliğin Türkiye'de klasik anlamdan farklı uygulanma nedenleri üzerinde durduktan sonra, siyasi partilerin kapatılmasının zorlaştırılması gerektiğini savundum. | |
| dc.description.abstract | I gathered four different subject headings into my study of "the closure of the Welfare Party." In the first chapter, I examined the secularism and the progression of the secularism in Turkey, for the reason of the closvre of the welfare party by the constitutional court why it is the center of activities of dis secularism. In the second chopter I tried to explain the meanig of the political party and It's parts then I mentiomed about the reasons of the closure of the political parties in Turkey. In the third chapter, I analyzed the procedure and the reasons of closure of the Welfare Party by the constitutional court. In the final concluding chapter two topich were analyzed. The first, different useage of secularism and the reasons of this in Turkey, then my recommendation of making the closure of the political parties difficult. | |
