dc.description.abstractObjective: To Present Two Cases with Late Postpartum Eclampsia. Case: In two women in whom the clinic and laboratory features fulfil the characteristics of preeclampsia, convulsions occurred on the forth and seventh postpartum day. These cases have been reviewed. Conclusion: To emphasize late postpartum eclampsia, which occurs over 48 hours after delivery, may not infrequently exist and may happen despite normal laboratory values.en_US
