dc.description.abstractIncreasing success rate in implant treatment brings with it developments in implant materials day by day. With the developments in implant applications, the selection of prosthetic superstructure becomes an important issue. In clinical applications, prosthetic structures on implants can be applied as screwed and cemented. Although both systems have advantages and disadvantages, the selection of the appropriate prosthetic superstructure is up to the clinician for the case. The purpose of this review; In clinical applications, it is aimed to compare cemented and screwed restorations in many ways and thus to guide the selection of the appropriate superstructure for the case.
dc.description.abstractİmplant tedavisinde artan başarı oranı, gün geçtikçe implant materyallerinde gelişmeleri de beraberinde getirmektedir. İmplant uygulamalarında gelişmeler ile protetik üstyapının seçimi önemli bir konu haline gelmektedir. Klinik uygulamalarda implant üstü protetik yapılar vidalı ve simante olacak şeklinde uygulanabilmektedir. Her iki sisteminde avantajları ve dezavantajları bulunmakla beraber, uygun protetik üstyapı seçimi vakaya özel olarak klinisyene düşmektedir. Bu derlemenin amacı; klinik uygulamalarda, simante ve vidalı restorasyonları birçok yönden karşılaştırmak ve böylelikle vakaya uygun üstyapı seçiminde rehber olmak amaçlanmıştır.
