dc.description.abstractPostmodernism, which has been used for the first time in the field of architecture and which has influenced many areas such as philosophy and sociology until the mid-20th century; As a result of how the new production techniques started with the industrial revolution and the new production techniques gave rise to the understanding of scientific management, the emergence of new debates after modernism led to the emergence of postmodern management approaches. İn this context, when the organizations were managed and organized, they concluded that the scientific data of the modern period were not sufficient. The fact that new studies are necessary in this area has emerged. İn this study, the concepts of modernism and postmodernism are mentioned, and the effects of postmodernism on the management of the enterprise and some of the marginalized postmodern management techniques have been tried to be addressed.
dc.description.abstractİlk kez mimari alanda kullanılıp, 20. yüzyılın ortalarına kadar devam eden felsefe ve sosyoloji gibi birçok alanı da etkisi altına alan postmodernizm; sanayi devrimiyle başlayıp yeni üretim teknikleri nasıl bilimsel yönetim anlayışını doğurmuşsa, modernizm’den sonra yeni birtakım tartışmaların ortaya çıkması da postmodern yönetim yaklaşımlarının doğmasına neden olmuştur. Bu çerçevede ele alındığında örgütler yönetilirken ve organize olunurken modern dönemin salt bilimsel verilerinin yeterli olmadığı sonucuna varmışlar. Bu alanda yeni çalışmaların yapılmasının zorunlu olduğu gerçeği ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu çalışmada modernizm ve postmodernizm kavramlarına yer verilmiş, aynı zamanda postmodernizm’in işletme yönetimine etkileri ve marjinalize olmuş birtakım postmodern yönetim teknikleri ele alınmaya çalışılmıştır.
