dc.description.abstractYaklaşık 50 yıl önce tanımlanan ve son yıllarda birçok yazının konusu olan gastroözofageal reflü (GÖR), mide içeriğinin istem dışı özofagusa geri kaçması olup, sağlıklı bebeklerde görülebilen, genellikle de ilk 18 ay içinde kendiliğinden geçen tekrarlayan kusma ve regürjitasyonun en sık nedenidir.en_US
dc.description.abstractGastroesophageal reflux (GER), which was defined about 50 years ago and has been the subject of many articles in recent years, is the involuntary reflux of stomach contents into the esophagus and is the most common cause of recurrent vomiting and regurgitation, which can be seen in healthy infants and usually resolves spontaneously within the first 18 months.en_US
