dc.description.abstractStafilokok pnömonili 10 çocuk hasta sunulmuştur. Hastaların 9'u (%90) erkek idi. Pleural efüzyon 5, pnömotosel 4, pnömotoraks 4 ve pyopnömotoraks 1 olguda saptandı. Beş hastadan torasentez sıvısı, 3 hastada kan ve 5 hastadan apse kültüründen Staphylococcus aureus üretildi. Olgulara vankomisin+sefalotin (veya sefotaksim)+ amikasin uygulandı. Sekiz hasta iyileşti; 2 hasta eksitus oldu.en_US
dc.description.abstract10 pediatric patients with staphylococcal pneumonia are presented. Nine of the patients (90%) were male. Pleural effusion was detected in 5 cases, pneumothorax 4, pneumothorax 4 and pyopneumothorax 1 case. Thoracentesis fluid was obtained from 5 patients, blood was obtained from 3 patients, and Staphylococcus aureus was obtained from abscess culture from 5 patients. Vancomycin + cephalothin (or cefotaxime) + amikacin was administered to the cases. Eight patients recovered; 2 patients died.en_US
