    A Review of Women's Free Time Preferences

    : In this research, it is aimed to examine the opinions of women about their leisure time preferences in a special sports complex in Di arbak r and to determine the obstacles, expectations and gains for the leisure time process within the scope of evaluating their leisure time. For this purpose, the phenomenology design, which is one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the study. The participant group consisted of 10 volunteer women selected by purposive sampling method among women participating in leisure activities in a private sports complex in Di arbak r. A 5-item semi-structured interview form was used as the data collection tool of the research. The data obtained with the interview form were transferred to the NVivo qualitative data analysis program and analyzed by content analysis. According to the research findings, women; They experience positive situations such as psychological well-being, self-confidence and socialization through leisure activities. In addition, in the content analysis, the responsibilities required by children and families and the time problems that women experience due to their own work are stated as barriers to women's participation in leisure activities
