    Certain Subclasses of Bi-univalent Functions Associated with the Chebyshev Polynomials Based on Hohlov Operator

    In this paper we introduce and investigate two new subclasses of the function class Sigma of bi-univalent functions in the open unit disk, which are associated with the Hohlov operator, and satisfying subordinate conditions. Furthermore, we find estimates on the Taylor-MacLaurin coefficients vertical bar a(2)vertical bar and vertical bar a(3)vertical bar for functions in these new subclasses by using Chebyshev polynomials. Several new consequences of these results are also pointed out.

    Coefficient Bounds for Subclasses of Biunivalent Functions Associated with the Chebyshev Polynomials

    We introduce and investigate new subclasses of biunivalent functions defined in the open unit disk, involving Salagean operator associated with Chebyshev polynomials. Furthermore, we find estimates of the first two coefficients of functions in these classes, making use of the Chebyshev polynomials. Also, we give Fekete-Szego inequalities for these function classes. Several consequences of the results are also pointed out.

    New classes of pseudo-type bi-univalent functions

    In this paper, we introduce and investigate two new subclasses of pseudo-type bi-univalent functions which were defined by linear combinations of analytic functions in various well known classes and the quotient of the analytic representation of convexity and starlikeness of function, respectively. Also, we find estimates of first two coefficients of functions in these classes.

    On lambda-pseudo bi-starlike functions with respect to symmetric points associated to shell-like curves

    In this paper we define a new subclass lambda-pseudo bi-starlike functions with respect to symmetric points of Sigma related to shell-like curves connected with Fibonacci numbers and determine the initial Taylor-Maclaurin coefficients vertical bar alpha(2)vertical bar and vertical bar alpha(3)vertical bar for f is an element of PSLs,Sigma lambda (alpha,(p) over tilde (z)). Further we determine the Fekete-Szego result for the function class PSL lambda(s,Sigma)(alpha,(p) over tilde (z)) and for special cases, corollaries are stated which some of them are new and have not been studied so far.

    Second Hankel determinant for universally prestarlike functions related with exponential function

    In Ruscheweyh and Salinas (Math Z 263:607-617, 2009) and Ruscheweyh et al. (Isreal J Math 171:285-304, 2009) the researchers introduced universally convex,universally starlike and universally prestarlike functions in the slit domain C\[1, infinity). These papers extended the corresponding notions from the unit disc to other discs and half-planes containing the origin. In this paper, we consider universally prestarlike generalized functions of order alpha with alpha <= 1 and we obtain upper bounds of the second Hankel determinant vertical bar a(2)a(4) - a(3)(2)vertical bar for such functions related with exponential function.

    In this paper we define the subclass PSLs,Sigma lambda(alpha(p) over tilde (z)) of the class Sigma of bi-univalent functions defined in the unit disk, called lambda-bi-pseudo-starlike, with respect to symmetric points, related to shell-like curves connected with Fibonacci numbers. We determine the initial Taylor-Maclaurin coefficients vertical bar a(2)vertical bar and vertical bar a(3)vertical bar for functions f is an element of PSLs,Sigma lambda(alpha,(p) over tilde (z)). Further we determine the Fekete-Szego result for the function class PSLs,Sigma lambda(alpha,(p) over tilde (z)) and for the special cases alpha = 0, alpha = 1 and tau = -0.618 we state corollaries improving the initial Taylor-Maclaurin coefficients vertical bar a(2)vertical bar and vertical bar a(3)vertical bar
