Although most people with SIgAD are asymptomatic, some may present with recurrent infections; such as respiratory disorders, gastrointestinal tracts disorders, and allergic disorders. Herein, we report a case with SIgAD who presented with the complaints of pruritus, dental caries and chronic sinopulmonary infections
