    Behçet hastasında gastrointestinal sistem perforasyonu olmadan pneumoperitoneum: Olgu sunumu

    Behçet Hastalığı kronik inflamatuar bir hastalık olup, gastrointestinal tutulumu İntestinal Behçet hastalığı veya Entero-Behçet olarak da bilinir. En sık tutulum yeri ileoçekal bölge ve kolondur. Behçet Hastalığına bağlı intestinal ülserler perforasyona neden olabilmekte ve operasyon sonrası yüksek mortalite ve morbidite ile seyretmektedir ancak daha önce literatürde perforasyon olmaksızın Behçet hastalığına sekonder pneumoperitoneum gelişmiş olgu bildirilmemiştir.

    A Choledochal Cyst Resulting in Obstructive Jaundice in a Case with Gallbladder Agenesis: Report of a Case and Review of the Literature

    Co-existence of gallbladder agenesis and choledochal cyst is a very rare congenital anomaly of the extrahepatic biliary system. The literature presents only five cases with this combination. Herein, we report the sixth case. Gallbladder agenesis is usually asymptomatic, while choledochal cyst often presents symptoms before adolescence. This is the report of a 42-year-old female patient with gallbladder agenesis and choledochal cyst leading to obstructive jaundice. Radiological diagnosis of choledochal cysts is not difficult. However, in cases with gallbladder agenesis, cystic dilatation in the choledochus may be misdiagnosed as mislocation of the gallbladder or contracted and/or sclero-atrophic gallbladder.

    Nadir rastlanan bir trikobezoar olgusu: Rapunzel sendromu

    Uzun bir kuyruğa sahip olan bezoarların neden olduğu klinik durum Rapunzel sendromu olarak adlandırılır. Bu makalede, Rapunzel sendromlu bir olguyu mevcut literatürü kısaca gözden geçirerek sunduk. Karın ağrısı ve kilo kaybı şikayetleri olan yirmi bir yaşında bayan hastada tüm mideyi dolduran ve duodenum 4. kısmına kadar uzanan trikobezoar saptadık. Kitle laparotomi ve gastrotomi ile çıkarıldı.

    A rare case of trichobezoar: Rapunzel's syndrome

    The clinical condition caused by bezoars with long tail named as Rapunzel's syndrome. We present a case with the Rapunzel's syndrome, and also briefly review the relevant literature in this article. We diagnosed a gastric trichobezoar that filling the entire stomach and extending to the forth part of duodenum in a 21 years-old-girl who complained about abdominal pain and weight loss. The bezoar removed by coeliotomy and gastrotomy.
