    Clozapine induced retrograde ejaculation. A case report

    It has been reported to present a patient who has schizophrenia and retrograde ejaculation clue to clozapine treatment. The patient was 42 year-old and married and several antipsychotics were administrated in first three years. Clozapine has been started upon not getting any benefit since two years. Just after administration of this drug, the patient who had the ejaculation problems were be able to orgasm. Sexual desire and stimulation were adequate. Since clozapine treatment provides a clear benefits in social and professional functionality for patient, it was not stopped in patient and the choice of decreasing dosage as high as possible is preferred.
