This study aimed to systematically examine the scientific studies conducted to investigate the burnout levels seen in healthcare workers during the Covid-19 pandemic process. In the study, articles published between 2020 and 2023 were scanned using the Google Scholar database. The screening was conducted using the keywords of studies within the scope of burnout levels of healthcare professionals during the Covid-19 process (healthcare workers, Covid-19, Burnout level). In the research inclusion criteria; The criteria of the study being a research article, being in Turkish, having a Turkish sample and being from the perspective of a healthcare professional were taken into consideration. We can state that bornout is higher in those who work duty than in regular workers and that the level of burnout increases in parallel with the increase in weekly working hours and that the burnout is higher in employees who are exposed to the disease. It was concluded that there is no significant difference between the fear and burnout of healthcare personnel caused by Covid-19. The existence of uncertain, variable, complex and ambiguous environments, which are felt more especially during the Covid-19 pandemic period and affect healthcare sector employees intensely, have been determined to have effects on employee stress and burnout. When the findings were examined, it was determined that the participants' workload perception and burnout levels increased during the pandemic compared to before Covid-19. Workload, burnout, emotional exhaustion and depersonalization levels are higher in healthcare workers related to Covid-19; It was concluded that job satisfaction and internal satisfaction levels were lower.
