Öğe Abbasiler Dönemi Türklerden Oluşturulan Özel Ordu ve Aile İlişkileri(Yediveren Kitap, 2010) Azimli, MehmetAbbasiler Türk askerlerden oluşan yeni bir ordu kurdu. Bunun sebebi eski ordu askerlerinin başarısız olmalarıydı. Yeni ordu Babek diye isimlendirilen bu yüzyılın en büyük isyanını başarılı bir şekilde bastırdı ve kaçanları Anadolu’ya sürdü. Bu orduyu kuran Mutasım, yeni ordu için Samarra adı verilen yeni bir şehir kurdu. Bu durum yeni ordunun Bağdat’ta zarar vermeye başlayan askerleri uzaklaştırmaya yönelik politik bir eylemdi. Bu askerler ile halife ailesi arasında evlilik ilişkileri olmuştu. There are two traditional narrations concerning the reason of the war. One of them narrates that jewish tried to put off a mus lim woman’s scarf and that was the reason for the war. The paper is formed on this narration with an evaluation of its rawis and sanad and especially historical value. It is clear that this narration was essantially about a event occured in Ficar wars and lately adapted to the the war of banu qaynuqa.
