Öğe Akrodermatitis Kontinua Hallopeau ile fissüre dil birlikteliği(Doğu Karadeniz Deri ve Zührevi Hastalıklar Derneği, 2021) An, İsa; Öztürk, Murat; Uçmak, DeryaNA NAÖğe Ebû'l-Muzaffer es-Sem'ânî'nin emir ve nehiy hakkındaki görüşleri(Dicle Üniversitesi, Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü, 2023) Öztürk, Murat; Turan, Mehmet HadiUsûlül'l-fıkıh ilminde yer alan emir ve nehiy konusu önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Zira Şâri'in mükelleften talep ettiği hükümlerin anlaşılması ve tatbik edilmesi için mühimdir. Ayrıca Şâfiî usûlcülerden biri olan Ebû'l-Muzaffer Mansûr b. Muhammed b. Fıkıh usûlünün mihenk taşı mesabesinde olan emir ve nehiy konularını Sem'ânî'nin Kavâtı'u'l-Edille Fî'l-Usûli'l-Fıkh adlı eseri temel alınarak emir ve nehiyle alâkalı görüşleri ortaya konulmuştur.Öğe Evaluation of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio, platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio and mean platelet volume in patients with lichen planus(2019) An, İsa; Öztürk, Murat; Uçmak, DeryaAim: In recent years, neutrophil / lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet / lymphocyte ratio (PLR) and mean platelet volume (MPV) has been shown to be important indicators of systemicinflammation. Studies have shown that NLR and PLR are higher and that MPV is lower in lichen planus patients compared to the control group. In this study, NLR, PLR and MPV values of lichen planus patients were calculated and investigated whether these parameters were related to nail and oral mucosal involvement.Material and Methods: Eighty one patients with lichen planus without any systemic, infectious and autoimmune disease were included in this study while 81 patients who were admitted to the outpatient clinic for any non-inflammatory condition and whom had blood picture were included in the study as control group. Results: There was no statistically significant difference between neutrophil count, lymphocyte count, leukocyte count, platelet count, NLR and PLR values in LP patients and control group (p> 0.05). MPV value of LP patients had a mean of 8.10 ± 1.40 , and controls had a mean of 7.21 ± 1.45, and the difference was statistically significant (p <0.001). There wasn’t statistically significant relationship between neutrophil count, lymphocyte count, leukocyte count, platelet count, NLR, PLR and MPV values and nail and oral mucosa involvement (p> 0.05).Conclusion: It can be concluded that NLR and PLR were not suitable parameters to show inflammation in LP. The significant higher values of MPV in LP patients suggests that it may be used as a better marker of inflammation in LP patients than NLR and PLR. Nevertheless, the lack of significant association of MPV with nail involvement and oral mucosal involvement may restrict clinical use of it in LP.Öğe Kronik mukokutanöz kandidiyazis: nadir bir hastalık(Doğu Karadeniz Deri ve Zührevi Hastalıklar Derneği, 2022) Erat, Tuğba; An, İsa; Öztürk, Murat; Aksoy, Mustafa; Ayhan, Erhan; Uçan, Egemen"Editöre mektup" makale türünde Mucosa için özet sunulmasına gerek yoktur.Öğe Neutrophil / Iymphocyte ratio, platelet / Iymphocyte ratio, mean platelet volume and C-reactive protein values in psoriatic arthritis patients(İnönü Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi, 2019) An, İsa; Uçmak, Derya; Öztürk, Murat; Aksoy, Mustafa; Yıldız, İsmail; Ucan, EgemenAim: Studies have shown that neutrophil / lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet / lymphocyte ratio(PLR), mean platelet volume(MPV) and C-reactive protein(CRP) are higher in psoriatic arthritis patients than in the control group. In this study, NLR, PLR and MPV values of patients with psoriatic arthritis were calculated and if these parameters were related to CRP levels. Material and Methods: 74 psoriatic arthritis patients and 77 healthy controls without any systemic, infectious and autoimmune diseases were included in the study. Patients were divided into two groups according to their CRP values: normal (0-0.5 mg / dl) and high (> 0.5 mg / dl) Results: NLR, MPV and CRP values in the patient group were significantly higher than the control group. PLR value in the patient group was higher than the control group but the difference between them was not statistically significant. There was a statistically significant relationship between CRP and NLR and MPV values in psoriatic arthritis patients. Conclusion: Since NLR and MPV were significantly higher in psoriatic arthritis patients than in the control group and there was a statistically significant relationship with CRP elevation, it was thought that they were appropriate parameters to show inflammation in patients with psoriatic arthritis.Öğe Plaque with Asymptomatic Verrucous Surface on the Right Leg: Dermatofibroma(2018) An, İsa; Öztürk, Murat; Uçmak, Derya; İbiloğlu, İbrahimDermatofibroma is a benign fibrohistiocytic neoplasia. The etiology of dermatofibromaremains uncertain but it is considered to have a traumatic origin such as an insect bite orfollicular rupture. Dermatofibroma clinically presents as smooth-surface nodular lesions. We report a patient with a plaque with asymptomatic verrucous surface on the right leg.Öğe Ten cases of aquagenic syringeal acrokeratoderma revealed during the COVID-19 outbreak(Wiley, 2021) Erhan, Ayhan; Yıldırım, Cihat; Aksoy, Mustafa; Ebik, Berat; Öztürk, Murat; Akelma, HakanAquagenic syringeal acrokeratoderma (ASA) is a rare, acquired disease affecting predominantly young women. It is characterised by the development of hypopigmented, translucent, flat‐topped, oedematous papules and plaques that form hyperwrinkling or keratoderma.1 It occurs after 3‐5 minutes of contact with water and resolves when the hand dries.1 Although its aetiology is not known exactly, it has been suggested that the disease may develop due to genetic predisposition or diseases such as cystic fibrosis, focal hyperhidrosis and Raynaud's phenomenon.2, 3 However, increased personal hygiene measures such as wearing personal protective equipment, excessive hand washing and disinfection in the COVID‐19 epidemic may play a role in the aetiology of ASA.5 Here we present ten cases with a very short history of ASA where lesions were first seen after the COVID‐19 outbreak.
