Dandy-Walker sendromlu çocuk hastada anestezi yönetimi

Abstract

Dandy-Walker sendromlu hastalarda genel anestezi yönetimi, hidrosefali, mikrognati ve yarık damak gibi eşlik eden anomaliler nedeniyle zor entübasyon olabileceğinden dolayı önemlidir. Bu hastalarda postoperatif yoğun bakım desteği gerekebileceği akılda tutulmalıdır. Bu makalede kalıcı ventrikülo-peritoneal şant nedeniyle opere edilen Dandy-Walker sendromlu hastanın anestezi yönetimi sunulmuştur. Klin Deney Ar Derg 2011; 2 (3): 327-329.

General anesthesia management of patients with DandyWalker syndrome is important since intubation may be difficult due to concomitant anomalies such as hydrocephalus, micrognathia and cleft palate. It should be considered that these patients may require postoperative intensive care support.
