Lise-1 öğrencilerinin farklı iki öğretim yöntemine göre fizik başarı ve bilgisayar tutumlarının karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Öz:Bu çalışma, Diyarbakır ilindeki özel bir lisenin 1.sınıfında okuyan iki grup üzerinde gerçekleştirildi. Gruplar, başarı ve tutum ön-test sonuçları arasında istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir fark bulunmayan iki şubenin öğrencilerinden seçildi. Gruplardan birine bilgisayar destekli öğretim, diğerine ise bütünleştirici öğretimin 7E modeline göre öğretim yapıldı. Grupların başarılarını karşılaştırmak amacıyla elektrostatik konusunda hazırlanmış çoktan seçmeli 29 sorudan oluşan bir başarı testi uygulandı. Başarı testinin istatistiksel analizi sonucunda bilişsel alanın bilgi ve kavrama düzeylerinde öğrencilerin başarıları arasında anlamlı bir fark bulundu (P < 0,05). Bununla birlikte, bilişsel alanın uygulama basamağında öğrencilerin başarılan arasında bir fark bulunmadı. Uygulanan öğretim yöntemlerinin öğrencilerin bilgisayar tutumlarına etkisini belirlemek için, 42 Likert tipi önermeden oluşan, bir bilgisayar tutum ölçeği son-test olarak uygulandı. Elde edilen sonuçlar öğrencilerin bilgisayara karşı tutumlarının öğretim yöntemlerinden etkilenmediğini gösterdi.

Abstract:This study was carried out on two groups attending the first year of a private high school in the city of Diyarbakır. The groups were composed of the students in two separate class-rooms, between pre-test scores of achievements and attitudes, there was not any statistically significant difference. Computer-aided instruction was applied to one of the groups and constructive instruction to the other according to 7E model. An achievement test consisting of 29 multi-choice questions was prepared related to electrostatics in order to compare groups' achievements. As a result of statistical analysis of achievement test, a significant difference was found between the students' achievements at the knowledge and comprehension levels of cognitive domain (P&lt;0,05). However, between their achievements at the application level of cognitive domain, no difference was noted. To determine the effect of the instruction methods on the students' attitudes towards the computer, a computer attitude scale, consisting of 42 Likert-type propositions, was applied to both groups as a post-test. The results obtained indicated that the students' attitudes towards computer were not affected by instruction methods.
