Kekliklerin ovaryum ve testis dokularında bazı metabolik hormonların dağılımı

Abstract

Sunulan çalışma keklik ovaryum ve testisinde ghrelin, leptin ve obestatin hormonlarının dağılımlarını göstermek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Materyal olarak 5 dişi (360-420 g) ve 5 erkek (480-540 g) olmak üzere toplam 10 tane sağlıklı yetişkin keklik (Chukar partridge) kullanıldı. Keklik genital sisteminden elde edilen doku örnekleri %10’luk formol-alkol solüsyonunda tespit edildikten sonra rutin histolojik işlemlerden geçirildi ve peptidlerin lokalizasyonunu göstermek amacı ile immunohistokimya boyaması yapıldı. Bu peptidlerin testisin seminifer tubullerinde ve bazı interstisyel hücrelerinde; ovaryumun ise germinatif epitelinde, folliküllerde ve stromadaki bazı bağ doku hücrelerinde lokalize olduğu gözlendi. Böylece incelenen peptidlerin kanatlı genital sistem organlarından testis ve ovaryum üzerinde fonksiyonel bir etkileri olabileceği düşünüldü.

The study was conducted to show the distribution of ghrelin, leptin and obestatin hormones in partridge ovary and testis. A total of 10 healthy adult partridges (Chukar partridge) were used as material 5 females (360-420 g) and 5 males (480-540 g). Tissue samples obtained from the partridge genital system were detected in 10% formol-alcohol solution and then subjected to routine histological procedures and immunohistochemical staining was performed to show the localization of the peptides. These peptides were observed to be localized in seminiferous tubules and some interstitial cells of testes and germinative epithelium of ovary, follicles and some connective tissue cells in stroma. Thus, it was thought that the peptides examined could have a functional effect on testes and ovaries from poultry genital system organs.
