Kronik Myelositer Lösemi’de doku grubu antijenleri
Abstract
Bu çalışma 1993-1994 yılları arasında Kronik Miyelositer Lösemi tanısı konmuş 17 kontrol hastası üzerinde yapılmıştır. Pozitif olgularda HLA-A2 %35.29, HLA-Cw3 %58.82 ve HLA-Cw4 %47.05 oranlarında saptanmıştır. Araştırma sunucu elde edilen bulgular, KML tanısının tesadüfi olmasını ortadan kaldırabileceğini göstermektedir. 7. SUMMARY This study was carried out on 17 control patients, diagnosed by Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia between 1993-1994. İt has been determined that HLA-A2, HLA-Cw3 and HLA-Cw4 were 35.29 %, 58.82 % and 47.05 % respectively among positive phenomenia. The findings of this research shows that the randomness of CML diagnosis may be removed.
