İlk kez 51 yıl önce tanımlanan gastroözofageal reflü (GÖR), her yaş grubunda görülebilen fizyolojik bir fenomen olarak kabul edilmekle birlikte, infantlarda bazen patolojik sınırlara ulaşmaktadır. Although gastroesophageal reflux (GER), which was first described 51 years ago, is considered a physiological phenomenon that can be seen in all age groups, it sometimes reaches pathological limits in infants.
