Akut ve kronik hepatit olgularında hepatitis B ve hepatitis D virusuna ait serolojik belirlteçlerin anlamları ve klinik önlemleri

Abstract

Hepatit B'ye bağlı akut, kronik hepatit ve karaciğer sirozu olgularında HBV ve HDV'nin serolojik belirteçleri ile bunların önemi üzerinde durulmuştur. 110 akut hepatit vakasının 24 'ünde (% 21.8) konfeksiyon, 54 kronik hepatit vakasının 8* inde t*A 14.8) süper infeksiyon, 17*sinde <*/* 31.4) kronik B ve D infeksiyonu, 50 karaciğer sirozunun lO'unda <% 20) süper infeksi yon 19'unda <% 38) kronik HBV ve HD\f tesbit edilmiştir. 98 sağlıklı HBsAq tasıganı bireyin 3 'ünde (.% 3. 0) Anti- HDV antikorları tesbit edilmiştir. Konunun bölgesel önemi ele alınmış ve diğer çalışmalarla karşılaştırılmıştır.
