Bazı bitkisel atıkların Pleurotus sajor-caju (Fr) Singer'in çeşitli evrelerdeki gelişimi ve verimi üzerine etkileri

Abstract

Pleurotus sajor caju (Fr) Singer’in kültürü için ham materyal olarak, buğday sapı (B) ve buğday - mısır (B–M) saplarının 1:1 oranı kullanılmıştır. Katkı maddesi olarak da mercimek samanı (MS) ve pirinç kepeği (PK)’nin farklı oranları kullanılmıştır. Yapılan ön çalışmada; 1kg kuru ham materyal için 50 g (%5) ve 100 g (%10) katkı maddesi ayrı ayrı ilave edilmiştir.Temel çalışmada ise; 1kg kuru ham materyal için 100 g (%10) ve 200 g (%20) oranlarında katkı maddesi karıştırılarak ilave edilmiştir. Ön çalışmada; en kısa misel gelişim süresi, ortalama 9.8 gün olarak B+ 75 MS’de; en uzun misel gelişim süresi ise 23.6 gün olarak B-M+ 37.5 MS’de elde edilmiştir. En kısa basidiokarp oluşum süresi ortalama 28.6 gün olarak B-M+ 37.5 PK’de saptanmıştır. En uzun basidiokarp oluşum süresi ise ortalama 67.4 gün olarak B+ 37.5 MS’de tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan ön çalışmalarda, deneme gruplarının bütün tekrarlarında, 3 hasat elde edilememiştir. 100 g materyalden (% 70 nem) elde edilen taze mantar miktarı, I. hasatta; en yüksek ortalama 9.18 g olarak B-M+ 75 PK’den, en düşük ise 3.64 g olarak B+ 37.5 MS’den elde edilmiştir. Toplam hasatta ise; en düşük verim 5.08 g ile B+ 37.5 MS’de en yüksek erim ise B-M+37.5 PK’de saptanmıştır. Temel çalışmada ise; misel gelişim süresi (MGS) 12.8-38.0 gün olarak tespit edilmiştir. En kısa süre 12.8 gün olarak B’de, en uzun süre ise 38.0 gün olarak B-M+ 1MS:2PK’de elde edilmiştir. Basidiokarp oluşumu (BOS), birinci hasat ve toplam hasat sürelerinde en kısa süreler, sırasıyla; 16.4 gün, 26.6 gün ve 86.0 gün olarak buğday sapında saptanmıştır. En uzun basidiokarp oluşum, birinci hasat ve toplam hasat süreleri sırasıyla; 51.2 gün, 55.0 gün olarak B–M+ 1MS:2PK’den, 105.8 gün ile B–M+ 2MS:1PK’den elde edilmiştir. 100 g materyalden (% 70 nem) elde edilen taze mantar miktarı birinci, ikinci ve toplam hasatta sırasıyla; en yüksek 10.6, 7.3, 25.1 g olarak B–M+ 1MS:2PK’de tespit edilmiştir. Birinci hasta en düşük verim ise 7.1 g ile B+ 2MS:1PK’den elde edilirken toplam hasatta en düşük verim 15.7 g olarak B’den elde edilmiştir. Wheat straw (B) and 1:1 rate of the raw wheat straw (B) and wheat-maize (B-M) were used as raw materials for cultivation of Pleurotus sajor caju (Fr) Singer. As additives, howeer, different rates of lentil straw (MS) and rice bran (PK) were used. In the preliminary study, 50 g (%5) and 100 g (%10) of additives were used separately for 1kg dry raw material. In the main study, however, 100 g ( %10) and 200 g (%20) of additives were mixed and added for 1kg dry raw material. As a result of the preliminary study, the shortest mycelium growth period was obtained as 9.8 days at B+ 75 MS; and the longest as 23.6 days at B-M+ 37,5 MS. The shortest Basidiocarp formation period was found on average as 28.6 days at B-M+ 37,5 PK. The longest Basidiocarp formation period was determined to be 67.4 days at B 37.5 MS. In the preliminary studies conducted, we could not obtain three harvests in all of the repetition of trial groups. The fresh mushroom yield that was obtained from 100 g material (%70 moisture) in first harvest was detemined to be the highest at B-M+ 75PK as 9.18 g, and, the lovest at B+ 37.5 MS as 3.64 g. In total harvest,however, the highest yield was found as 5.08 g at B+ 37.5 MS. In main study; the shortest period for mycelium growth was obtained as 12.8 days on B, the longest period as 38.0 days on B-M+ 1MS:2PK were obtained. The shortest Basidiocarp formation period, the first harvesting period and total harvesting period on B were determined as; 16.4, 21.6, and 86.0 days, respectively. The longest Basidiocarp formation period, the first harvesting period and total harvesting period on B found to be 51.2, 55.0 days, respectively. The longest total harvesting period was obtained as 105.8 days on B-M+ 2MS:1PK. The fresh mushroom with 100 g material (%70 moisture) at first, second and total harvesting period was determined to be the highest as 10.6, 7.3, 25.1 g respectively, on B-M+ 1MS:2PK. While the lowest yield was 15.7 g in B at total harvesting period; the lowest yield was obtained as 17.1 g on B+ 2MS:1PK at first harvesting period.
