Eserde ele alınan mefkûrenin evrenselliği ve şairin içten duygularını okuyucuya intikal ettirebilmesi, eseri kendi çağının ötesine taşımıştır. Dönemin yazın dünyasına yeni değerler katan bu şiir, devrin edip ve düşünürlerinin yanı sıra sonraki kuşaklara da ilham kaynağı olmuştur. Öyle ki yazımından yıllar sonra bile bu şiire birçok nazire yazılmıştır. Kendi çağını aşan bu kasideye yazılan nazirelerden biri de Hanili Salih Bey’e aittir. Diyarbakırlı bir şair olan ve şairlik yönü âlim kimliğinin gölgesinde kalan Salih Bey, Hürriyet Kasidesi’nin yayımından yaklaşık kırk yıl sonra Mevlid-i Hürriyet başlıklı bir şiir kaleme almıştır. Şiirde İttihat ve Terakki Cemiyeti yönetiminde vuku bulan birçok sosyal ve siyasi hadise sert bir dille eleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada Hürriyet Kasidesi ve Mevlid-i Hürriyet özellikle muhteva açısından karşılaştırılmış, yazıldıkları dönem dikkate alınarak tarihî konjonktürün ne şekilde değiştiği tespit edilmeye çalışılmış ve yazarların hassasiyetleri değerlendirilmiştirHürriyet Ode which is one of the important texts of Tanzimat Period has had profound influences not only its content and style but also in the years it was published and later in Turkish literature.The universality of goal regarded in the work and the ability to convey the sincere and sincere feelings of the poet to the reader have moved the work beyond his own age.This poem which adds the new values to the world of literature has been a source of inspiration for later generations as well as scholars and philosophers of the period.Even so many years later from its writing,it has been replied in kind to this poem more than once.One of the parallels written to this ode which goes beyond his own age belongs to Hanili Salih Bey,as well.Salih Bey who is a Diyarbakır poet and his poesy being in the shadow of his scholary identity has been written down a poem titled Mawlid-i Hürriyet about after forty years from the publication of Hürriyet Ode.In the poem,many social and political events taking place under the Committee of Union and Progress have been criticized harshly.
