In these types ofpatients, both aesthetic and functionalreconstruction depend on a carefullyosteotomy planning.Upper lip position in relax, the relationbetween upper lip and incisors, face proportions are important criteria to decidewhether a patient has gummy smile and/oranterior open bite problems.
