Bu tür dişlerintedavisinde kronlara alternatif olarak daha çok konservatifyöntemler üzerinde durulmaktadır. Günümüzde kompozit rezinmateryallerin ve dentin adeziv sistemlerin gelişmesine paralelolarak direkt kompozit restorasyonların endikasyon alanlarıgenişlemiştir. Bu tür uygulamalar; minimal preparasyongerektiren küçük mine defektleri ve diastemaların restorasyonu,kırık dişlerin tamiri, mine hipoplazileri ve renklenmelerin tedavisigibi birçok restoratif işlemde tercih edilmektedir.Bu klinik olgu sunumunda; maksiller anterior dişlerinde şekil vekonum bozukluğu görülen 4 hastanın direkt kompozitrestorasyon tekniğiyle tedavisi anlatılmaktadır. Direkt kompozitrezin restorasyonların kullanılması kısa sürede tatmin ediciestetik sonuçlar verebilmektedir.During the prosthetic methods that used in the treatment of aesthetic problems such as color, shape and position disorders seen in the anterior teeth; if done excessive preparation of tooth, especially in young individuals, creates psychological problems and this process causes destruction of the gums and surrounding tissue. As an alternative to crowns in treatment of such teeth, it has focused on more conservative methods. Today, in parallel with the development of composite resin materials and dentin adhesive systems, indication areas of direct composite restorations have expanded. Such applications, at many restorative procedures such as restoration of small enamel defects and diastema requiring minimal preparation, repairing of broken teeth, in treatment of enamel hypoplasia and discoloration, is preferred. In this clinical case report is explained treatment with direct composite resin technique of seen shape and position deformity in maxillary anterior teeth in four patient.
