There were examined single boll weight (g), cotton seed yield (kg da-1), 100 seed weight (g), gin output (%), fiber length (mm), fiber fineness (mic.), fiber strength (gr tex-1), spinning consistency index in this study. Inter-feature correlation analysis and biplot analyzes were performed for the examined. Considering all investigated traits, Line-9, Line-7, Line-3, Line-1, ST-468 and Line-2 genotypes were suitable and satisfactory for the ecological location of Diyarbakır. However, only the Line-8 genotype is recommended for the Bismil location as it is a suitable and satisfactory genotype. Line-8 genotype stability was determined as the lowest genotype.
