Bu olgu raporunda, 46 yaşında erkek hastanın darp sonucunda mandibulada meydana gelen parasimfiz fraktürünün arch bar ile intermaksiller fiksasyon tedavisi anlatılmaktadır.The mandible is the bone that is most frequently traumatized and fractured. Condyle, symphysis and angulus are the most sensitive anatomical regions of the mandible for fracture. Treatment of fractures in the mandible is very important for a cosmetic appearance as well as for chewing, speaking, restoring occlusion and preventing possible sequelae.
