Kaybedilen kemiği yeniden yapılandırmak için kemik arttırımına yönelik çeşitli teknikler kullanılır ve otojen kemik blokları, bu alanda altın standart olarak kabul edilir. Bu vaka raporu, otojen blok greftlerin uygulanmasına bir alternatif olarak, otojen dentin blok greft ile kemik arttırmayı amaçlamıştır. Olgu: 28 yaşında sağlıklı erkek hastada, derin periodontal cep ve mobilite gösteren, yatay yönde sınıf III şiddetli atrofik krete sahip olan sağ üst birinci santral diş (11 numaralı diş) çekilmiş ve 20 yaş dişinden elde edilen dentin bloklar kullanılarak kalan kemik ogmente edilmiştir. Operasyondan 5 ay sonra operasyon sahasına implant yapılmıştır. Sonuç: Uygulanan operasyon sonrası, ogmente soket içine yerleştirilen titanyum implantın iyi bir osseointegrasyon gösterdiği ve estetiğin iyi olduğu görülmüştür. Sunulan vakada otojen blok dentinin, implant tedavisi öncesinde alveolar sırtın korunması için otojen kemiğe bir alternatif olabileceği gösterilmiştir.ABSTRACT: Dental implants preferred instead of missing teeth; cannot be placed optimally in vertical and horizontal bone losses caused such as trauma, oncological diseases, missing teeth. Augmentation techniques are used to reconstruct the lost bone, and one of them is autogenous block graft which is considered the gold standard in this field. This case report aimed to increase bone width, with autogenous dentin block graft as an alternative to the autogenous block grafts. A 28-year-old healthy male patient had the right upper first central tooth with a deep periodontal pocket and mobility. After the extraction of teeth which had class III severe atrophic crest, the remaining bone was augmented using dentin blocks obtained from a wisdom tooth belong to patient. An implant was placed in the operation area 5 months after the operation. After the operation, it was observed that the titanium implant placed in the augmented socket showed good osseointegration and good aesthetics. In the presented case, it has been shown that autologous block dentin can be an alternative to autologous bone to protect the alveolar ridge before implant treatment.
