In our study, the prevalence of disabilities was investigated at four zones of Diyarbakir which determinant by socioeconomic situation. The epidemiological survey was carried out from a total of 38685 persons and questionnaires formed by World Health Organization (WHO) were used. The prevalence of disabilities was found to be 14.84% (5742 persons). The prevalence of visceral disabilities was found to be 6.8% (2629 persons) and locomotor disabilities was found to be 2.66%(1013 persons).
