Karataş, HüseyinTanrısever, Savaş2017-02-272017-02-2720172016-12-13https://hdl.handle.net/11468/2870Bu çalmada, 2014-2015 ylarnda Mardin iline ba Artuklu, Yeilli, Savur, Nusaybin, Midyat, Ömerli, Derik, Mazda, Dargeçit ve merkez ilçe ve köylerinde yaygn olarak yetitirilen 26 yerel üzüm çeidinin verim ve kalite özellikleri incelenmitir. Deneme materyali yöre balarndaki geleneksel goble terbiye sistemli, tamam kuru artlarda yetien hasat dönemi olgunluunda olan sakl omcalar üzerinde yetien üzüm örneklerinden alnmr. Çalma 3 tekerrürlü yaplmr. Bu çalmada denemeye alnan üzüm çeitlerinin verim ve kaliteye ilikin özellikleri incelenmi ve fenolojik evreleri gözlenmitir. Çalma kapsamnda üzüm çeitlerinin omca verimi (kg/omca), dekara verim (kg/da), salkm arlklar (gr), tane eni (mm), tane boyu (mm), tane arl (gr), % (SÇKM) kuru madde, pH ve tartarik asit miktarlar (g/l) incelenmitir. Yaplan bu çalmann sonucunda, verim deerleri açndan ön plana çkan üzüm çeitleri Kohar (3.35 kg/omca-510 kg/da), Hakkeybi (3.41 kg/omca-520 kg/da), Bineytati (4.30 kg/omca-530 kg/da), Hetfberi, (4.43kg/omca-550 kg/da) ve Fiskini (4.74 kg/omca-620 kg/da) çeitleri olmutur. Kalite özellikleri açndan öne çkan üzüm çeitleri ise Mazrone (Kuru madde % 18.60-pH 3.38tartarik Asit 4.25 g/l-tane arl 0,80 gr), Kerkü (% SÇKM 21.60-pH 3.62-tartarik asit 4.70 g/ltane arl 2.85 gr) olmutur. Elde edilen sonuçlarn gelecekte yaplacak bu konudaki çalmalara öncülük edeceği Ümit edilmektedir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Mardin li, Üzüm, Verim, KaliteIn this study, were examined yield and quality characteristics of 26 local grape varieties grown in Artuklu, Yeilli, Savur, Nusaybin, Midyat, Ömerli, Derik, Mazda, Dargeçit and districts and villages of Mardin province in 2014-2015. Experimental material was grape samples grown on the healthy omcas with the traditional goble system in the region, all of which were harvest maturity at dry conditions. The study was conducted in 3 recurrence. In this study trial grapes variety were examined yield and quality-related features and phenological periods of the grape variety observed. Within the scope of the study inspected features, yield (kg / wine), yield grape (kg /da), bunch weight (gr), berry width (mm), bery length (mm), berry weight (gr), total soluble solids (TSS) %, pH and tartaric acidity content (g/l). As a result of this work, varieties of grapes in the foreground in terms of yield values are Kohar (3.35 kg/wine-510 kg/da), Hakkeybi (3.41 kg/wine-520 kg/da), Bineytati (4.30 kg/wine-530 kg/da), Hetfberi (4.43 kg/wine-550 kg/da), and Fiskini (4.74 kg/wine-620 kg/da). The outstanding features in terms of quality grape varieties Mazrone (total soluble solids % 18.60- pH 3.38- tartaric acidity 4.25 g/l - berry weight 0.80 gr), Kerkü (total soluble solids % 21.60- pH 3.62- tartaric acidity 4.70 g/l- berry weight 2.85 gr). It is hoped that the results obtained will lead to future work.
