We report a twenty month old boy with gastric volvulus secondary to paraesophageal hernia. The gastric fundus bulged into the right hemithorax through esophageal hiatus. The hernia was reduced by laparatomy and a Boix-Ochoa antireflux procedure was performed. Postoperative upper GI contrast study demonstrated resolution of GER and a normal positioned stomach. The patient is symptom free at 8 months follow-up.trinfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessChildGastric VolvulusParaesophageal Hiatal HerniaGastric volvulus secondary to paraesophageal hiatal hernia in a child: A case reportGastric volvulus secondary to paraesophageal hiatal hernia in a child: A case reportÇocukta paraözofageal hiatus hernisine sekonder mide volvulusu: Olgu sunumuÇocukta paraözofageal hiatus hernisine sekonder mide volvulusu: Olgu sunumuArticle15285872-s2.0-0035704417N/A
