In 30 (24%) patients, 0.5-1 g/kg/day immunoglobulin was administered as an intravenous infusion for 3 days and compared with other treatment protocols.1989-1993 yılları arasında Dicle Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Çocuk Sağlığı ve Hastalıkları Anabilim Dalı Hematoloji-Onkoloji bölümüne yatarak tanı alan 122 Akut immun trombositopenik purpuralı hasta gözden geçirildi.
