The most causes of shoulder pain that rotator cuff diseases, glenohumeral and acromioclavicular joint diseases. Diagnosis of shoulder pain is used history, physical examination and imaging methods. Treatment of shoulder pain consist of conservative and surgical methods. Evidence based studies about treatment of shoulder pathologies are very few in the literature. In this review is revised that aproache to the most common pathologies of soft tissue in shoulder with evedence based datas.
