For biaxial stress in the plate, according to the different stress rate variation of stress intensity was obtained around the hole According to long edge (2b) and short edge (2a) of ellipse hole length the distribution of stress field occurring in the plate surfaces were are showed. Moreover, according to the plate width (H) the maximum stress value was calculated using the finite element method for different stress rates and large edge length of an ellipse.
