Generally, a trial of labor after a cesarean section is safely accepted. However, a trial of labor may lead to serious complications, including unpredicted ones, such as rupture of the uterus during labor with concomitant injury to the bladder. We report the delivery of a dead fetus through the urinary bladder during labor.
