This functional structure stems from the relationship between language and culture. In order to be understood the message by the receiver; it must have a meaning in the mind of the receiver. At that point, it can be stated that learning a language is not only learning the grammatical rules but also learning the cultural aspects of the language.In foreign language learning, student encounters with different cultures. The student tries to understand and define the different ones from himself/herself. At the end of this period, the student realizes himself/herself and s/he learns the different cultures and tolerance term.
