H. pylori may cause some extra intestinal manifestations some of which are dermatological conditions, including Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP), chronic urticaria and atopic dermatitis. We describe a 49-year-old man who presented with HSP triggered by gastric H. pylori infection. Treatment of H. Pylori infection was accompanied by prompt resolution of the gastrointestinal manifestations and purpuric rashes. These findings suggest a causative role for H. pylori in the occurrence of HSP.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessEradication TherapyHelicobacter PyloriSchonlein-Henoch PurpuraRapid improvement of Henoch-Schonlein purpura associated with the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infectionRapid improvement of Henoch-Schonlein purpura associated with the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infectionArticle171110861088WOS:0003178587000182-s2.0-8487507150823833587Q2Q3
