Bu yazıda, servikal nekrotizan fasiit tanılıbeş olgu sunuldu.Necrotizing fasciitis is a rapidly progressive and life-threatening soft-tissue infection that affects superficial fascia and subcutaneous tissue. With high risk of morbidity and mortality, it is rarely seen in the head and neck region. Treatment of cervical necrotizing fasciitis includes intravenous antibiotic therapy and emergency surgical debridement.
