Material and methods: 56 patients who underwent surgical. procedure due to blunt or penetrating trauma were included to the study. Results: There were 37 diaphragmatic ruptures in the left side and 19 patients in the right side. The most common radiological finding was the direct monitoring of defect (54,3%).
